One organization that is especially meaningful to our team is the Tim Tebow Foundation, specifically its work to fight human trafficking. Through education, prevention, and survivor support, the foundation is helping restore hope to people facing unimaginable circumstances.
We also support Compassion International, an organization that serves children and families around the world by helping provide access to education, healthcare, and opportunities that can change the course of a child's future.

That is why we have also partnered with organizations such as Craig Hospital to help families adapt their homes after life-changing injuries. Projects have included building wheelchair ramps and creating more accessible bathrooms so individuals can continue living safely and comfortably in their homes.
These projects may differ from the luxury homes we build every day, but they share the same level of care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Helping Communities Recover
When natural disasters strike, rebuilding is about far more than construction.
Bella Villa has participated in disaster recovery efforts alongside several organizations, helping communities begin the difficult process of rebuilding after devastating events.
While every situation is different, the goal is always the same: helping families take the next step forward.
Investing in the Next Generation
One area that has become especially meaningful to us is mentorship.
We have always believed that encouragement and guidance can change the direction of someone's life, especially when they're just beginning their journey.
That passion has inspired the creation of Rise & Lead, Inc., a nonprofit organization currently being established to mentor and equip young women who want to become the business leaders of tomorrow.
While the nonprofit is still in its early stages, the vision reflects something we have believed all along: investing in people creates lasting impact.
That same heart for mentorship has also led us to support Love Life with Lily & Leigha, a business started by two young sisters who are using creativity to spread kindness. Through the sale of t-shirts, journals, stickers, bookmarks, and other products, Lily and Leigha donate 20% of every purchase to Dignity Revolution, helping support mental health and wellness programs in schools. Their mission is simple: encourage others to Be Kind. Be True. Be You.
Watching these young entrepreneurs grow in confidence while learning what it means to serve others has been an exciting journey, and we are proud to encourage them along the way.
